This decision wasn't easy for me. But after talking with my family – there simply wasn't any other option. We've reached a moral crossroads and this election will not only determine our immediate future – but the future for generations to come. I had to be a part of it. As the Sheriff of Maricopa County for over to two decades, I had a front row seat to the dangers facing our community every single day. While in office I made it a top priority to lock up violent drug dealers, human traffickers, and gang members who crossed our border illegally. The current occupant of the Sheriff's Office has been weak and ineffective. Political correctness and appeasement may work for some other elected officials, but the people expect their chief law enforcement official to go after the bad guys and protect our communities. The status quo is unacceptable. Keep in mind, George Soros spent $4 MILLION against me because of my conservative beliefs and because I simply enforced the rule of law! This won't be a fair fight and it's why I need your support.
