The Sierra log home floor plan features a large great room area, second floor master suite, open loft, and first floor laundry room. Also, as shown in the first photo below, egress windows were added to the walk out basement to transform it into a daylight basement. A large game room was also added to the basement level.

The Stagecoach plan is a three car garage with a shop. A taller third door with a deep section was added to accommodate taller vehicles such as an RV or camper. The rear of this design offers a shop area which could also be for other uses such as a studio or apartment.
