I think the "Person of Interest" is the perpetrator who died in the Explosion. As for the MOTIVE as in the Las Vegas Massacre where the shooter killed himself we will probably NEVER know the MOTIVE. I can speculate and guess that he may have been employed by AT&T where he parked the RV in front of. Maybe he was fired or had a dispute with them. The FBI can easily check that and in fact they probably already have. So time will tell what the FBI decides to release.
