Grizzly True Crime: Modern DNA technology, advanced data sharing across law enforcement agencies and investigator who have worked hard to solve these Californian cold cases have led to the ARREST of suspected serial killer Warren Luther Alexander, 73, in North Carolina; he has been extradited to Ventura County, California and is currently in the Ventura County Jail, where he is being held without bail.
